We are fortunate to have caring, dedicated and awesome volunteers who help us during the summer and winter seasons. Each May, RMA hosts a Volunteer Party, and awards its most hard working volunteers with the Matthew Hamer Volunteer of the Year Award. These volunteers have gone above and beyond in their dedication to RMA and its guests. Without the numerous days they donate to our guests, many incredible experiences would not be created.
